    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • 1 tbsp corn starch
    • 1 tbsp brown sugar
    • 2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 4 Thai red chiles (chopped)
    • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
    • 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
    • 4 scallions (cut in 1/2-inch pieces)
    • 1 red bell pepper (cut in 1/2 inch strips)
    • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
    • 8 oz rice noodles
