Gluten Free Kung Pao Beef and Noodle Bowl — The entire dish only takes 30 minutes to prepare, start to finish, and is so flavorful and delicious, I guarantee it will be on the menu rotation regularly at my house from now on!
Ingredients

- 2 tbsp sriracha

- 2 tbsp soy sauce

- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

- 2 tbsp cooking sake or rice wine

- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

- 1 lb flank steak

- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- 1 tbsp corn starch

- 1 tbsp brown sugar

- 2 tbsp sesame oil

- 4 Thai red chiles (chopped)

- 3 cloves garlic (minced)

- 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)

- 4 scallions (cut in 1/2-inch pieces)

- 1 red bell pepper (cut in 1/2 inch strips)

- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts

- 8 oz rice noodles
Instructions
- Whisk the sriracha, soy sauce, vinegar, sake and sweet chili sauce together in a small bowl.
- Slice the steak into thin strips, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, cornstarch and brown sugar.
