Quick and Easy Meal Prep Lemon Pepper Chicken

Ingredients:

Seasoning

  • 2 tbsp Lemon Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Oregano dried
  • 1 tbsp Basil dried
  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika

Marinade

  • 6 pcs Drums & Thighs
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Water

Meal Prep Lemon Pepper Chicken

  • 1 cup Noodle Salad
  • 1 pcs Baked Potato

Instructions

  1. Add all spices in bowl and mix well. Store any excess in dry sealable container
  2. Add chicken, seasoning mix, olive oil and water in a large zip lock bag and massage well. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Cook in a pan with light olive oil over low-medium heat for at least 20 minutes stirring often. Or you can bake at 350° for 35-45 minutes.
  4. Serve with your favorite sides! Enjoy!
