Ingredients

    • 2 Almost Zero Carb Wraps
    • 3 slices bacon cooked
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
    • 1/2 avocado sliced
    • 1/4 cup salsa
    • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in the pan until crisp. Remove, cut in half and set aside. Pour out all but 2 teaspoons of bacon fat. Slice the avocado.
  2. In a small bowl, beat the eggs and half of the cheddar cheese cheese with a fork. Cook the scrambled eggs to your liking and remove from the pan. Season with salt and pepper.
